The Australian Space Science Conference (ASRC)  is intended to be the primary annual meeting for Australian research relating to space science. It welcomes space scientists, engineers, educators, and workers in Industry and Government.

Hotel Accommodation!!

In Sydney city various levels of accommodation available nearby.  

Transport from the Sydney CBD is available via the light rail (L3 Kingsford line service) as it runs along Anzac Parade to the University campus. The Ainsworth building J17 is located nearby in the lower campus. 
 

All Payments must be made in Australian dollars and include GST.  Payments must be remitted in Australian dollars and drawn on an Australian bank. 

A tax invoice will be issued to all delegates on receipt of your registration form when accompanied by your payment.  Your registration will not be confirmed until payment in full is received.  All online registrations will receive a confirmation e-mail.

All regular fees quoted include lunch on the day registered, and include entry to the cocktail function if registered on that day. 

The conference dinner is to be held on Tuesday December 3 at The Rooftop in Surry Hills.  The cost is  $100 AUD per head for a 3 course meal with incuded 2 drinks per delegate (additional drinks are at the delegates own expense).  Delegates may register and pay for their partners in the registration process if they wish.

Registrations after November 25 may be subject to a $30 late fee.

Our Cancellation Policy
  • A $30 cancellation fee up to November 25
  • No refunds after November 25
Delegates may transfer their registration to another person at no charge by contacting the secretariat
