Entrepreneurship and Challenge-based Learning Workshop

About this workshop

More and more, demand is increasing for professionals whose technical skills are complemented by skills such as teamwork, creativity, ability to adapt to change, entrepreneurship, digital skills, communication and interpersonal skills.

Against this are increasing calls for TAFE and the wider-VET sector to adapt teaching and training to deliver graduates who have these broad sets of skills.

The main objective of this workshop is to look at how new learning contexts can and have been incorporated into the classroom to allow for better development of well-rounded prefessionals, including the development of technical skills, soft skills, entrepreneurial culture and creative thinking.

This workshop will also analyse the situation in TAFE institute in Australia.
