In lead up to our Synergy to Success, October Conference, ADOHTA SANT are pleased to invite you to our August CPD Dinner Evening.
Guest speaker Victoria Pantazis,
Speech Pathologist will discuss:

- Role of Speech Pathologist
- Oral motor development (child-adulthood)
- Oral disorders for children and adults 
- Tongue ties & Tongue thrust implications (child-adult)
- Oral complications and dental related implications
- Speech and language development 
- Child non-nutritive habits (dummies, sippy cups)

A 2 course dinner with 2 Hours of CPD will be held at Public Caffe; Friday 4th August  
6:30pm for 7:00pm Start

** Please note, this event is usually held as a joint annual ADOHTA SA NT & DHAA SA Event. Due to busy CPD calendars DHAA will not be co-hosting the event.

Victoria Pantazis

Victoria started working at the Virgina Hill Speech Pathology, North Adelaide as a work experience student in 2003 and never left!  

Qualifications: She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology with Honours from Flinders University in 2010.

Membership of Professional Organisations: Victoria is a member of Speech Pathology Australia, and is also a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and Australasian Society for Tongue and Lip Ties (ASTLiT).  She is a member of the ASHA dysphagia special interest group and the Australian Voice Association (AVA).

Areas of Interest:  Victoria has a special interest in children and adults with swallowing difficulties.  She works with clients with tongue and/or lip ties and breastfeeding difficulties, as well as tongue thrust swallow.  She also has a special interest in treating clients with voice disorders.

Victoria sees many adults with neurologically based communication difficulties.  However, she also likes working with children, and sees a large number of preschool and school-aged children with language, fluency and speech difficulties.
