SATIC with the support of the Government of South Australia and the South Australian Tourism Commission is running 30 workshops around the state in 2016/17. Each workshop includes a one-on-one business coaching session per registered business within three months of the workshop.

These workshops are highly interactive, hands on and conducted in a small intimate group setting of up to 30 people that are tailored and run by professional facilitators. They aim to deliver tangible outcomes - learnt today and implemented tomorrow.
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEORY AND PRACTICE
 
Exceeding customer expectations does not necessarily make your customers (visitors) happy - but making their lives easier can.

These workshops will provide valuable insight to the customer experience, providing a roadmap to help your customers get more value from your business, all while increasing loyalty and revenue to your business' bottom line.

You will be provided with practical tools to help you implement best practice customer service in your business and keep visitors in your business, and region, for longer.

This workshop forms part of a ServiceIQ: Smarter Business Program which is designed to build industry capability, productivity and quality in tourism businesses throughout the State. The Program is an initiative of the Premier of South Australia and is being delivered by SATIC using funding provided by the South Australian Tourism Commission and the Government of South Australia.

SATIC’s Service Excellence Manager, Roz Becker and other members of the SATIC team will be undertaking one-on-one business coaching within three months of the ServiceIQ Workshop. These follow-up meetings will assist with the implementation of learnings from this workshop.
