CLOSING DATE for entries is MONDAY 6th March 2017.
Paintings & Photographic - Must not exceed (including frame): The Maximum length on the longest side of any exhibit shall not exceed 650mm (65cm) for SMALL Size, 1000mm (100cm) for MID size OR 1500mm (150cm) for LARGE works.
All works to be suitably framed and presented with a secure hanging arrangement (no cord) affixed using D-Rings.
Maximum 4 Entries per entrant including option of 1 LARGE exhibit.
Young Artists/Photographers eligible for Young Artist/Photographic Award to be aged under 18 prior to 31st December 2016.
Key Delivery & Collection Information
Works delivered by hand to Signal Point Gallery 10am to 4pm on Saturday 1st April 2017.
ADELAIDE entrants can arrange delivery via PACK & SEND - UNLEY.. Phone 8272 7222 for pricing and arrangements
Works delivered be courier Australian Post/Australian Air Express Courier/Star Trak by 5pm on Friday 31st March 2017. PO Box 193, Goolwa, SA 5214.
Items sent by Courier to include return postage/costs or instructions for pre-paid. Failure to do so will incur a $25 packing and handing fee.

Works unsold to be collected from Signal Point on Monday 24th April 10am to 3pm or Tuesday 25th April (Anzac Day)1pm to 3pm. A $10 storage/handling fee per work for items collected outside these times.
The Rotary Club reserves the right to reject and not display works as the selection panel/judges deem non-compliant, previously displayed
or due to limitations of display space.
