Payments:
All prices are in Australian Dollars and included GST. Payments are accepted by credit card only through the booking system on www.valleyandvines.com.au
Ticketing:
Purchased tickets will be posted to the address on the booking confirmation. Individual tickets will not be sent out unless otherwise advised. Postage charges apply. Tickets are not available on the door.
A confirmation of your booking (tax invoice) will be issued on receipt of your payment.
Tickets purchased within 7 working days of the event will not be posted out. Tickets purchased during this time will be available for collection from a location to be confirmed on Friday 4th April between 10am & 2pm. Tickets may only be collected by the original buyer, photo ID must be provided. Under no circumstances will payments or tickets be refunded. Tickets are transferable. The festival will occur rain, hail or shine.
By purchasing a ticket to the Valley & Vines festival, you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions stated. Individual venues reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person who does not comply with the terms and conditions, the festival rules or engages in an illegal activity or activity deemed in the festival organiser’s sole discretion to be antisocial. Fancy dress will not be permitted and anyone wearing it will be refused entry. Refunds will not be given for this.
The branded lanyard will act as your ticket for the day and must be treated like cash. Tickets are not refundable and will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Damaged or defaced tickets will not be accepted. Tickets will not be available at the gate for purchase.
The ticket holder must comply with the law at all times during the festival. Proof of age ID is required to buy & consume alcohol. ID may be requested at any time. All ticket holders will be required to present proof of age ID to enter the individual venues.
Ticket holders & their property may be searched for prohibited items upon entry to or during the festival. Ticket holders found with prohibited items or who refuse to make their clothes, bags, containers or other possessions available for search by the venue security, may be refused entry to the venue, ejected or have the prohibited items confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed & proceeds from confiscated items will be donated to charity.
Entry to the festival is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Without limiting the generality of this, appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times at the festival. To the full extent permitted by law, ticket holders waive all legal rights of action against and fully release CMJ Events, its agents, employees, members and volunteers for all claims for compensation for loss, damage, injury or death howsoever arising out of or in relation to the ticket holder’s participation in the event including without limitation, liability for any negligent or tortuous act or omission on the part of the persons released or under statute or for breach of these terms and conditions.
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, CMJ Events reserves the right to cancel the event. Booking and service fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Venue: In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, CMJ Events reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be issued.
The event organiser reserves the right to video, photograph, broadcast or telecast the event.
The event organiser takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
Valley & Vines Festival is a registered trademark & protected by law. The name, logo, images, tickets, event format or other works associated with the Event cannot be used in any way (including promotions, advertising & ticket giveaways or in any way to enhance the demand for other goods or services) unless authorized by the CMJ Events.
